Meal Planning

When on a budget and eating healthy, it's important to create meal plans (breakfast, lunch, and dinner if possible). If you just go to the store without a plan, you are bound to buy more than you need. I know that in the past, whenever I started a diet, I thought I had to buy every diet food out there...only to have it go bad and waste money.
For many people, time is also an issue. I'm a mom of 3 boys, who works full time. I need something easy, but will also feed my family in a healthy manner. I'm starting WW's and also need something that doesn't involve me spending countless hours counting points. So that's were E-Mealz comes in. I love this site.
